Advent week two. Our focus is joy. Jesus told His disciples to rejoice because their names were written in heaven. Joy is lacking in our world because of human Pride. Having chosen "my truth" over "revealed truth" our culture is perplexed that life is not working for most people. So our world has become bleak, cold, hard, and joyless. Jesus was full of joy and the Holy Spirit fills Christ-followers with deep joy. ~
